EEP - Employability Enhancement Program
Employability Enhancement Program is a vocational training program tailored for drop-out students from rural and tribal areas. It includes psychometric tests, hands-on training and mentoring, preparing students with practical and employable skills for the job market.

SEP - Self-Employment Program

‘Astitva’ (Pride Home)
An inclusion program for transgender people that offers safe space and mentors, links them to mainstream jobs fosters a healthy work environment through gender sensitisation workshops. At Pahal, we aim to enable the transgender community to build their dream careers through respectable livelihoods.

Pahal Fellowship
A leadership development program for rural youth, Pahal Fellowship creates opportunities for them in the startup sector, nurturing their talents. We identify youth who want to serve the community, mentor them and help them set up and scale their business.
YTP – Youth Transformation Program
Offering career awareness support to school students, presenting realistic and attainable career opportunities to guide their future paths and building the confidence to pursue them.
Kitchen Garden
We run this program within the community, for the women to educate them on how important it is to grow their vegetables for the betterment of their health and their family’s health and well-being.
