Youth Through Mentoring
Mentoring is at the core of Pahal. We guide and empower people to do their best in their life. Our programs are designed for young school dropouts in rural and tribal villages, women, and the transgender community.

Employability Enhancement Program (EEP)
A vocational training program for underserved youth who have dropped out of formal education system, equipping them with enabling and employability skills for job market.

Self-Employment Program (SEP)
A vocational training program designed for village women and youth promoting local self employment and rural entrepreneurship.

Astitva (Pride Home)
An inclusion program for transgender people, offering safe space, mentoring and linking them to mainstream jobs and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Pahal Fellowship
A leadership development program for rural youth, creating opportunities for them in the start-up sector and mentoring them for future.

Youth Transformation Program (YTP)
(For 9th & 10Th std)- Creating career awareness & empowering the school students for a career path by strengthening their agency towards their career.

Kitchen Garden
This program helps village families to have their own organic kitchen garden to support family nutrition and health.
Skills to Earn Better
Pahal provides skill training in various vocational courses for successful careers in healthcare and various market-driven courses to promote self-employment. We upskill and mentor people for brighter careers.
Employability Enhancement Program
We empower students with career planning, resume writing, computers, public speaking skills, internships and job placements to thrive professionally. We handhold them to build fulfilling careers.
Astitva
Pahal aims to reach the vulnerable and abused community of transgenders. We work for gender awareness, social inclusion, equal rights and sustainable employment for their respectful, happy life.

We will also have a keynote speaker discussing social and racial equity and its impact on individuals and community outcomes. Our keynote speaker will be providing a deeper dive on the discussion of racial equity with a series that will follow our event in the winter of 2020.
