However, the education system in India lacks to equip youth with the skills they need to thrive professionally. Many circumstances force them to settle for menial labour jobs, trapped in the vicious cycle of poverty.
But these young heroes are strong. They have dreams and the power to achieve them.
We uplift them to discover their strengths (self-esteem), build a community (social inclusion), and learn the skills they need to conquer any challenge (well-being). With Pahal by their side, these young heroes can rewrite their stories.

We are a team of young professionals who started in 2008 with a passion for serving the disadvantaged and underserved community. With every person we’ve mentored, our resolve has only risen seeing them rise in life.
Our seasoned core team, deeply rooted in the skill training sector, goes beyond the conventional approach. Our comprehensive programs focus on hard and heart skills, combine life and employability skills, physical and mental well-being and offer continued mentoring.
From mobilising students to livelihood skills training to handholding our students even after placements, our mentors are with them, for them.
