Ankush Bhardwaj is the founder and Director of Pahal. He has nurtured Pahal from a small operation into a professional entity executing multiple projects. Ankush holds a Master’s in Rural Development and an MBA in Development Management from S.P. Jain Mumbai. His two years in the Gandhi Fellowship program introduced him to community work in rural areas, focusing on rural development. Before Pahal, he held senior roles at Yuva Parivartan and Tata Trusts.
Ankush’s core strength is motivating his team to rise above challenges and excel. His vision is to empower the youth and make them productive for the nation. He is also a certified Master Trainer in the Entrepreneur’s Development Program from IIT Gandhinagar.
Arvind Bhaskar Rege

Arvind has 34 years of professional experience in manufacturing and operations at esteemed organisations such as Siemens and BEST. Following his retirement, he has graciously offered 23 years of guidance and support to a training institute for NGOs and Educational Institutes.
Additionally, Arvind has been a Managing Committee Member at an Educational Trust for 20 years. He has held the esteemed position of vice-chairman at Janaseva Sahakari Bank for 10 years.

Vikas Sharma holds a strong engineering background and a passion for ancient wisdom. He graduated in polymer science and technology from Mysore University, establishing a strong foundation in metaphysical knowledge, allowing him to approach nature and mental well-being from a holistic perspective.
